Sub Delicious at 15 Locust Street, Lockport, New York.

Shocked that this restaurant has such good ratings! My husband and I went here because everyone always talks about how great sub delicious is. The steak sub was tough and watery very little flavor with soggy bun. My husband got a chicken Parmesan sub and he said it was just average. Staff was not professional- Very loud and obnoxious. We had to sit at a dining table listening to a staff member screamingly joking about how she was going to tell her whole family at Easter dinner that she was pregnant and was then going to yell "April Fools"!

I honestly can't believe the health department hasn't shut this place down. The carpets are stained and smelly, the drop ceiling has holes in it and is severely stained, the place is COVERED in cobwebs and dust and the decor looks like something you'd see in a scary movie. Most tables were dirty when we were there. The counter that runs all along the side of the prep area was piled high with boxes and junk. They had Christmas ornaments randomly lying around and hanging along with the St. Patrick's day decorations still up. Honestly, if this is someone's standard of excellence, I am shocked. You can practically see Molinaros from this place- Next time- I'll go get a real sub.

I've been coming here for years now but now live in California But the food has all ways been great. Service is on point and the best chicken finger subs around and I have yet to find a suitable sub that tastes better than these which is why I return here every time I come back. Keep up the good work!!!
